OUR CENTER

At The Tunnell Center, we take an interdisciplinary approach to care. Our dedicated team of caregivers meets with new patients and their families within 24 hours of admission and regularly up until discharge. The team consists of a registered nurse, case manager, social worker, dietitian, activities assistant, physical therapist and/or occupational therapist who continuously review the patient’s plan of care. The goal of all of us at Tunnell is to provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for our patients and residents, while consistently providing the highest level of care.
